| ~ Ingredients: ~ 2 tbsp of vegetable oil ~ 1 tbsp of flour ~ 1/4 cup of dark corn syrup ~ 1/4 cup of tarragon vinegar ~ 1/4 cup of onion minced ~ 1 cup of water ~ 2 tsp of dry mustard ~ 2 tbsp of tomato paste ~ 1 tsp of Tabasco sauce ~ 1 tsp of Kitchen Bouquet seasoning ~ 1/4 tsp of salt |

| ~ Place the vegetable oil in a saucepan and heat up. ~ Add the flour and stir over low heat for about one minute. ~ Stir oil and flour together to make a paste. ~ Dilute the tomato paste in a cup of warm water and pour into the saucepan. ~ Add all remaining ingredients and stir to mix. ~ Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. ~ Remove from the heat and let it cool down. ~ Any unused sauce put in a container and refrigerate. ~ Brush sauce on baked or grilled meat or grilled Vegetables. ~ Good luck and enjoy. |
