~ Ingredients:

~ 500 gr of strained Greek yoghurt
~ 150 gr of Greek honey
~ 200 gr of chopped walnuts
 
~ Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts is a famous Greek dessert that goes perfectly after any kind of Greek Food.

~ If the Yogurt you buy at the store is not strained, it has to be strained otherwise the dessert will be too watery.
~ If a cheese cloth is available, spread it over a colander or a sieve and empty the yogurt container in it.
~ If a cheese cloth is not available, just use a fine sieve to strain the yogurt.
~ Let it drain for about 1-2 hours, checking it periodically to get the right concentricity of preference.
~ Once the yogurt is strained to your preference, place it evenly in four serving bowls.
~ Since the yogurt was left out of the fridge to be strained, it would be wise to refrigerate it to cool it.
~ When time is to serve it, pour the honey over it and sprinkle with walnuts.

~ Note: If the yogurt is already strained, just pour some honey over it, sprinkle some walnuts over it and serve.
