| ~ Ingredients: ~ 500gr of Lazanaki ~ 1 kilo of Greek sausages cut in small pieces ~ 1 onion grated ~ 2 green peppers cut in small pieces ~ 2 tbsp of olive oil ~ 4 ripped tomatoes peeled and cut in small pieces ~ Salt and pepper to taste ~ Grated cheese of choice (Kefalograviera) |

| ~ Lazanaki is a kind of home made pasta like Linguini cut in small pieces, made out of Semolina Eggs and Milk. ~ Lazanaki can be found at any Greek Bakery or at any supermarket carrying Greek products. |
| ~ Fry the sausage pieces all over in hot olive oil over medium heat. ~ Add the grated onion, green peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 cups of water. ~ Bring to boil and boil for about 15 minutes. ~ Empty all ingredients in a baking pan (preferably Pyrex). ~ Add 3 cups of water and place baking pan in the preheated oven to 220 degrees Celsius. ~ When it starts boiling add the Lazanaki and stir well to mix all ingredients. ~ Cook for about 10 minutes at 220 Degrees Celsius or until pasta is cooked. ~ Stir occasionally. ~ When the food is done, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve. ~ Good luck and bon appétit. |
