|~ Separate egg yolks from whites.
~ Beat butter, sugar and egg yolks in a mixer for about half an hour.
~ Add the vanilla, milk, (ammonia if used dilute in milk first).
~ Beat egg whites until they become foamy and add them in the rest of the mix.
~ Add as much flour as needed till mix is soft, (should not stick on hands).
~ Shape as you like and place in a cooking tray.
~ Beat some additional egg yolks and brush all cookies on the top lightly for better color.
~ Cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
~ Let them cool and they are ready for eating.
