Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

| ~ Ingredients: ~ 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil ~ 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar ~ 1 minced garlic clove ~ 2 tbsp of minced fresh parsley leaves ~ 1 tsp of dried Greek oregano leaves ~ 1/4 tsp of salt ~ 1/4 tsp black cracked pepper |

| ~ Put vinegar into a shaker bottle. ~ Add all other ingredients except of the olive oil. ~ Shake well to blend the dry ingredients into the wet. ~ Add olive oil and shake thoroughly. ~ Shake prior to each use. ~ Keep in refrigerator any left over dressing. ~ Let stand at room temperature before serving. ~ Good luck and enjoy. |
