Greek Lemon Caper Sauce/Dressing

~ Ingredients:

~ 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
~ 1-1/2 tsp of all-purpose white flour
~ 1/2 cup of chicken broth (Preferably Homemade)
~ 1/4 cup of white wine
~ 2 tbsp of lemon juice
~ 1 tsp of capers
~ 1/4 tsp of white or black pepper 
Lemon Caper Sauce
   

 

~ Melt the butter in a sauce pan over low heat.
~ Add the flour and stir to mix.
~ Pour the chicken broth into flour mixture and continue stirring for 1 minute.
~ Add wine, lemon juice, capers and pepper.
~ Continue to stir and cook until sauce thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
~ Serve sauce over fish, chicken, salads, meat or cooked pasta or vegetable of choice.
