We Cook the Food, You Lose the Weight
 
 
~ Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of evaporate milk
~ 1/4 cup of vinegar
~ 2 tbsp of flour
~ 2 tbsp of sugar
~ 1 egg
~ 1 tsp of dry mustard
~ 1 tsp of salt

~ Using a medium size bowl mix flour, salt, dry mustard and sugar.
~ Break the egg in a bowl and beat lightly.
~ Pour the milk into a sauce pan and bring to boil.
~ Slowly add the flour mixture stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
~ Remove from the heat and let it cool down.
~ Pour in the vinegar slowly stirring constantly.
~ The dressing can be used as a spread on bread as well as in salads and pastas.
~ This recipe is made with undiluted evaporate milk which is doubly rich in butterfat and the other nourishing milk solids.
