Greek Anchovy Dressing

| ~ Ingredients: ~ 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil ~ 2 tbsp lemon juice ~ 1 minced garlic cloves ~ 1 tsp dried thyme leaves ~ 1 tsp dried Greek oregano leaves ~ 1 tsp anchovy paste or blended anchovies ~ 3 tbsp water ~ 1/4 tsp salt ~ 1/4 tsp black cracked pepper |

| ~ Put lemon juice into a shaker bottle or blender. ~ If you are using anchovies, use the blender to purify them. ~ Add water and the other ingredients, except the olive oil. ~ Shake or blend well to blend the dry ingredients into the wet. ~ Add olive oil and shake or blend thoroughly. ~ Shake prior to each use. ~ Keep in refrigerator ~ Let stand at room temperature before serving. ~ Good luck and enjoy. |
